Blue Laced Orpingtons
Extremely Rare
Egg Color : light brown to tan
Average Eggs Per Year : 180-200
Size : Standard
brought to the US in 1890.

Developed as a dual purpose breed, Orpingtons make fair table fowl and
are excellent winter layers of large brown eggs. They have very laid back
personalities and make good pets.

This strain of Blue Laced Orpington has been imported  from Europe and Is
pure bred
I am limited in my genetic strains and will be using my flock of Barnevelders
to out cross for the lacing and will stay true to the orpingtons by crossing
back with buff orpington  and latter I will use black/splash orpingtons as well.

The Birds pictured are still young and have not reached their full size and
color yet.
I also have gold  / golden laced  orpington
This is an exciting project and I know that there has been some doubt  as to
if  This is real I assure they are the real thing. I will be auctioning a very
limited number of eggs off this spring .
